Appendix: Location Inside Body

STATE Conia small change but does not print BANKNOTES.

THE seigniorage that goes along with the issue.

Unlike coins, banknotes do not have a national side indicating their origin. In fact, just look a little 'attention to the Italian coins for them to find you logo RI (Italian Republic) which indicates that they are minted by the Italian government, we do not find that logo on the banknotes.

But why the state is limited to mint the coins and banknotes will not print well?

Want to see who was right Duisenberg:
Extract from the press conference of President of the ECB, Willem F. Duisenberg, Frankfurt 12.9.2002

Question: "Mr. Tremonti, the Italian finance minister, proposed the adoption of banconte 1 and 2 euro coins, together with the aim of preventing further price increases. 74% of Italians agree with this proposal and we want to know what you think about this and if you spoke at the European Central Bank. Thank you. "

" We have no plans to introduce euro notes for 1 or 2, but we've heard. Of course, we have discussed. We are considering the implications of introducing such bills. In principle, we have nothing against this project, but we are evaluating the implications and I hope that Mr Tremonti is aware that if this bill were to be introduced, he would lose il diritto di signoraggio che si accompagna ad essa.
