L'imprenditore vicentino Pino Bisazza, già presidente degli Industriali di Vicenza, in un' intervista rilasciata a Il Giornale in merito alla manifestazione organizzata dalla CdL a Vicenza contro la finanziaria alla domanda "cosa prova un imprenditore a scendere in strada come un operaio che sciopera?" risponde: «Be', all'inizio ci si trova un po' a disagio. Però sono convinto che questa volta non si poteva brontolare e basta: bisognava dare una dimostrazione palese del dissenso, e non so quali altri mezzi possiamo avere noi imprenditori, visto che i vertici di Confindustria vanno per conto loro».
Un altro mezzo, caro Bisazza, in realtà ci sarebbe, li chiamano Think-Tanks e in USA e in UK hanno dato un contributo decisivo alla rivoluzione liberale di Reagan e della Thatcher .Il mondo dell’impresa sembra aver dimenticato il segreto svelato da Anthony Fisher (il fondatore dell'"Institute of Economic Affairs” di Londra, che nel 1980 era già diventato uno dei più influenti think-tank del mondo, promuovendo l’economia di mercato nei confronti dei più attenti legislatori, quale che fosse il partito in cui militavano): i think-tanks possono essere il veicolo più efficace, eppure sottile, per influenzare le politiche pubbliche e le deliberazioni governments. Fisher had in fact understood that the company needed a source of independent research, based on data, which would be respected by both government and the private sector. Instead of lobbying to get this or that legislation, the think tank could have acted as a source of continuous and rigorous analysis of legislative issues, so as to earn the respect of journalists and even members of the government.
